WHO ARE THE MENTORS?
-Our mentors consist of a group of funeral service professionals with an assortment of experience and expertise. As well as being funeral professionals like you, their backgrounds range from educators, youtubers, managers, owners, association members, presenters, writers, coaches, etc. They have graciously volunteered their time and knowledge with the commitment to give back to the future of funeral service. These mentors believe in encouraging, helping, supporting, and providing any help that they can in order to strengthen your confidence and skills.
WHAT IF I DON'T FEEL MY MENTOR IS A GOOD MATCH?
-Hey! We understand that things happen. Mentees can always reach out to the admin team to see about being reassigned. The mission will always be to provide support and guidance to mentees, so we will do our best to match with someone who will compliment your target areas.

HOW MUCH TIME DO I HAVE TO COMMIT?
-The only requirement is mentors will schedule at least ONE video meeting to check in and see how everything is going with their mentees. Any additional video or phone chats will be decided between you and your mentor. There is no set date or time that you have to dedicate to the program. Your mentor is meant to be more like an older sibling. They are there if you need them. Don't forget that all of the mentors are currently serving in the funeral profession, so they understand work schedules and will accommodate the best that they are able.

WHAT IF I DON'T GET SELECTED?
-The number of mentees that are accepted is dependent on the number of mentors and the time that they are available. We want to make sure that all mentees receive adequate and helpful amounts of time with their mentor without anyone becoming overwhelmed. Remember, our mentors are currently serving families and working in the profession as well. We hope that each program will continue to grow and encourage you to reapply for the next program.

IS THIS CONFIDENTIAL?
-Any personal information collected during the application process will not be sold or distributed to any outside entity. Information will only be shared between the Continuing Vision admin team and the Mentors assigned. Applicants have the ability to note what forms of communication they prefer. Mentors that are matched with more than one mentee will ask if you are comfortable being on group chat/videos with their other mentees, but you are not required to do so. Just let your mentor know that you wish to remain more 1-on-1 style communication. If you have any further questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to us at info@continuingvision.com
